McKinney Properties is a fully-integrated real estate investment and management firm with a rich history in apartments and student housing. Since our founding more than 75 years ago, our goal has been to build a generational company that consistently adheres to our guiding principles of accountability, integrity, respect, and professionalism.
We are active in many facets of the commercial real estate business and have developed expertise in acquisitions, property management, asset management, construction, development, finance, and fundraising. Our geographic footprint includes much of the Northeast, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Texas. To date, we have sponsored over a dozen investment partnerships and managed a portfolio of more than 11,000 units and 10,000 student housing beds.
