Mathis Brothers Furniture evaluates the products of furniture manufacturers around the world, and negotiates prices on those items they believe will provide a good value for their customers. They showcase these products in stores that contain very large showrooms, where more than 10,000 products are on daily display. All stores have an adjoining warehouse containing the vast majority of products in the showroom, so customers can make a purchase and pick it up a few moments later – or arrange for immediate delivery.
The furniture is presented to customers by salespeople who have been through an extensive training program at Mathis University, the company’s universal training center. All types of home furnishings are represented, as are the best-known names in the furniture manufacturing industry. There is also a Design Center, staffed by experienced professional interior designers, where customers can design their own furniture from thousands of frame, fabric, and finish choices.
