Located in the friendly community of Alma, Michigan, Masonic Pathways is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community offering skilled nursing, short-stay rehabilitation, assisted and retirement living services to over 400 residents. The staff and residents of Masonic Pathways have been active members of Gratiot County’s vibrant community since 1912.
The residents of Masonic Pathways enjoy regular outings to area shopping and dining establishments and year-round cultural enrichment events at both Alma College and Central Michigan University. On-campus amenities include a putting green, shuffle board court, computer lab, and numerous daily activities. There are also a host of on-campus services … beauty salon, gift shop, pharmacy, and a fully staffed Medical and Specialty Clinic for primary, eye, dental and other health care needs.

Originally the Masonic Home, and one of central Michigan's more famous landmarks, Masonic Pathways is now a continuing care retirement community with over 400 residents.
Skilled Nursing and Memory Care for more than 200 patients is available on the Masonic Pathways campus, in the Jack F. Sanders Health Care Center.
Short-stay rehabiliation services are also offered at the Masonic Pathways CCRC.
The Doig Chapel and Conference Center on the campus of Masonic Pathways CCRC is host to many community events.
