I learn something new everyday. I have had the opportunity to advance in my career and take on new roles and responsibilities, eventhough my career path has not been a typical progression. I am surrounded by colleagues that support and encourage me in my professional endeavors. I know that my local leadership prioritizes my well-being and is listening to the feedback from colleagues in order to continue to focus on getting better everyday.

I work fully remote and would never have had the chance to work for such an amazing company if not for them providing this option. I have phenomenal co-workers on my team who are always more than willing to help each other out in any needs that they have. The large minority of the producers that I work with are very hands on and very knowledgeable and helpful

I feel like MMA cares! I've been working in the insurance industry for 10 years. I've only been with MMA for three months, but this is the first job that I've had in the insurance industry where I feel the company genuinely cares about its' people - not only work-wise, but health-wise and personally too.
