Purpose
In 1981 Mark Beamish was simply trying to find a way to create a better life for his young family. He started his business in his garage, providing caulking and elastomeric membrane systems for concrete tilt up buildings. These humble beginnings would evolve into a firm with over 150 dedicated employees who serve specialty and general contractors from around the United States in a variety of niche, high-liability trades. Since 2009, MBW has been led by Mark’s son Adam who carries on his father’s legacy, keeping in mind what his dad taught him – to continue to improve and inspire the lives of MBW families, customers, and communities.

MBW is dedicated to supporting underserved populations in the communities where employees live and work through the Making a Better World corporate social responsibility initiative. From volunteerism to fundraising to simple acts of kindness, the team at MBW is engaged in monthly initiatives to better the lives of the individuals and families that need it most. Recent beneficiaries include Strength in Support, the OC Rescue Mission and Toys for Tots.
