Mariner Finance was established in 2002 by Joshua Johnson, President/ CEO, and Senior Executive Vice Presidents Scott Frankle and Bonnie Klapaska. The company provides consumers and retail merchants with convenient, creative and flexible financing and lending options. Headquartered in Baltimore, Mariner Finance currently has 55 locations in 7 states from New York to Tennessee. While growing rapidly, superior customer service remains the cornerstone of our business.
