Our strategic action plan reflects the district’s focus on fostering culture, engagement, and achievement, while responding to feedback gathered through the Cardinal Culture Survey. Through shared ownership and collaboration, we will continue to build an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing learning environment where all Red Jacket students and staff can succeed.

Additional Culture Details
One of our biggest efforts to share our core values and build a positive culture is RJs Birdhouse, a district-created animated short consisting of four episodes, each focusing on one of the Cardinal CARE values—Cooperation, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. This creative initiative serves as a shared cultural touchstone for students and staff, reinforcing positive behaviors and expectations in an engaging and accessible way. By embedding these values into storytelling and visual media, RJs Birdhouse helps strengthen a consistent, values-driven culture across our schools and supports a learning environment rooted in respect, responsibility, and pride.
