Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana's mission is to create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Since our founding in 1983, we’ve granted more than 20,000 wishes for kids across our three states. In 2023, we celebrated our 40th anniversary and granted our 20,000th wish! After 40 years of wish granting, our chapter has proven time and time again that light can shine in even the darkest and most uncertain times.

Workplace culture is essential to us. Transformational wishes begin with our caring staff, who have shared values. Our culture is great because we give ownership of culture to the employees through our Culture Lead Committee teams. This ensures that each member of our staff has a voice in defining culture priorities and moving them forward across our chapter.
