When we consider our climate controlled truck bay and holding pen we’re reminded that nothing is left unattended.

Majestic Steel’s culture can be summed up in a word: “family.” We’re a family-owned company, sure – but the real family bonds are the ones between associates at the company. We strive to offer a workplace that values and respects the contributions made by each individual, no matter how small. We believe that every associate deserves to have their voice heard, deserves to play a role in how the business runs and a say in where it’s going. We don’t encourage a traditional business hierarchy; there are reporting structures, of course, but the company is intentionally as flat as possible. We believe that good ideas come from everywhere, and that by giving people the tools (technology) and the platform (voice) to crystallize their ideas, we all benefit.
