Our vision is to continue to refine, innovate, and improve every day to maintain what we call “the Majestic Difference”. Leveraging tools to help Majestic and our customers’ businesses run more efficiently and keep building.
Mission
Our mission is to create a Majestic Experience for all. For our customers that means creating real partnerships. Our job is to work with customers to find the right solutions to fit their business needs. Managing the market so they don’t have to and through our talent and technology provide market insights giving our partners a competitive advantage. For our suppliers, that means engaging the market and driving demand through strategic sourcing for our own warehouses. We work with U.S. mills to encourage growth for domestic manufacturing. For our associates, that means a culture driven by values and results. We strive to create an environment where associates feel heard, challenged, and inspired to keep building. No matter what area of the company someone works in, their contributions have impact and value.

The culture at Majestic Steel embodies a strong sense of inclusion and belonging. Associates collaborate across all areas of the organization and all voices and opinions are purposefully heard.
