Mainstay Life Services supports 325+ people with intellectual disabilities and autism (ID/A) as they live their best lives as they choose. We are dedicated to enriching the lives of those we work for by providing services to help them achieve their personal goals, and to live, work, and play in a community that benefits from their participation.

Mainstay began in the late 1960s as two separate agencies that merged and formed Mainstay Life Services in 1999. During 2024, we are celebrating our 25th anniversary - honoring our past, our tremendous growth, and our bright future.
