As part of our ongoing effort to maintain an inclusive culture at mabl, we have several unique employee engagement programs; a monthly team collaboration stipend, company-wide events with in-person and virtual offerings, #mablKudos, and the Founders Awards.
Mabl provides $75/month to every employee to spend on non-work related outings with their fellow mablers. This has become one of our most popular perks, with teams attending Red Sox games, hosting team dinners, and joining virtual events like trivia nights, coffee/wine/honey tastings, and even a virtual penguin meet-and-greet with the New England Aquarium. We also host regular cultural events that allow mablers to share holidays and interests with their teammates through virtual gatherings.
Mabl also recognizes team members for exemplary work with our #mablKudos program and the mabl Founders Awards. #mablKudos allows mablers to recognize each other for going above-and-beyond. Winners get $100 to donate to charity, or purchase swag/the gift card of their choosing. Mablers have supported over 30 social good organizations through #mablKudos. The annual Founders Awards recognize individual contributors and teams that have produced high-impact, collaborative projects. Nominations are open to the entire team, and winners are selected by our executive leadership.
