New employees enjoy the onboarding process, where our corporate office support team, Managers and Supervisors are ready to ensure all training is provided to ensure they are equipped to success at their job. We recognize each other daily for big and little achievements and sometimes just to say "thank you" by spotlighting them in our internal "ring the bell" Teams channel.
Overall, our culture is one of a family. We have monthly employee engagement activities, an annual awards banquet, a take your child to work day, take your pet to work day, lots of contests and activities, celebrate DE&I all year, and promote giving back with our LUMACares program.
