LightBridge Hospice & Palliative Care, a Joint Commission accredited hospice company, has been providing the finest quality end-of-life services throughout San Diego County since 2003. Our team of physicians, nurses, social workers, hospice aides, spiritual counselors, volunteers and support staff are dedicated to that commitment.

Examples of unique programs and relationships include:
• Level IV Partner (highest and first in SoCal) in the We Honor Veterans program where we provide additional education to our staff and special services to our Veterans focused on the needs and preferences unique to their military service.
• We entered a ground-breaking relationship with Palomar Medical Center and The Elizabeth Hospice to provide Inpatient Consultative Palliative Care services. That program was implemented Sept 1, 2015 at PMC.
