Legacy Restaurants
Legacy Restaurants was founded in 2006 by Niel Morgan. The restaurant group includes the Original Ninfa’s on Navigation and Uptown and Antone’s Famous Po’Boys. Recognizing the power and value of the well-established Ninfa’s and Antone’s brands, Morgan acquired ownership of both establishments in 2006 when circumstances forced the founding families of the two restaurants to step aside. Neil focused on enhancing the brands' value by improving the quality of the service and the food. The results have been substantial sales growth and increased customer loyalty for both concepts.
Today, the Original Ninfa’s operates at two locations in Houston, on Navigation and Uptown. Being in business for 45 years, the Original Ninfa’s has become a Tex-Mex staple known for fajitas.
Antone’s Famous Po’Boys has been around for nearly six decades and has also expanded to sell its iconic sandwiches in grocery stores, medical centers, Austin airport, and premium food outlets across Texas.
