Legacy Community Health Overview

Legacy Community Health is a premium, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive care to community members regardless of their ability to pay. Our goal is to treat the entire patient while improving their overall wellness and quality of life. At Legacy, we provide preventative care and chronic health treatment for conditions including HIV/AIDS, diabetes, high blood pressure and asthma. Furthermore, we empower patients to lead better lives by promoting healthy behaviors and offering resources such as literacy classes, family planning services and nutrition and weight management information. Generous financial support from individuals, businesses, charitable foundations and federal grants allow us to provide health care services to over 100,000 people in Houston, Baytown, Beaumont, and Deer Park.
