LeasePlan knows that our employees are our best asset. We take great pride in having the best people in the industry. So, we make every effort to make sure our employees enjoy each day at LeasePlan. First, we have our Front Row Program where employees are nominated by management each month for exhibiting one of our four core values and then awarded front row parking for a month. Each quarter, from that pool of candidates, an employee of the quarter in chosen. They are given front row parking for the entire quarter as well as a fuel card to purchase gas for their personal vehicle.

Each year, we also have special events, dedicated to thanking our employees. In July, we host an annual Employee Appreciation Day that includes food, games and prizes. In September, we have HealthyU month where we host health fairs, provide free healthy snacks and play games and activities that promote health and wellness. Then in October, we observe Customer Service Week. A team of employees plan and execute an entire week of fun and learning revolved around providing excellent internal and external customer service. The themed event includes food, games, prizes and more. We also take the time to host events on key dates like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving and the Holiday season because we know that hosting these events reduces monotony and celebrates life and its simple pleasures. Last but not least is our annual celebration. It is a formal party, held in honor of the company making its goals from the previous year.
