Learning Grove’s rich history started over forty years ago when two nonprofits – Children, Inc. and Cincinnati Early Learning Centers were founded.
Both organizations had the same vision: a future where all children and families had the knowledge, capabilities, and confidence to achieve lifelong success. These organizations knew this work was a top priority for our region and needed multifaceted community of collaborators dedicated to improving the well-being and lives of its youngest members.
To create a stronger, more vibrant and diverse community, the two organizations merged on January 1, 2020 to create our organization, Learning Grove.
Together, Learning Grove envisions a world where all children and youth reach their full potential and all families thrive.

Additional Culture Details
We are an inclusive organization that embraces diversity, understanding that what makes us different from one another is what makes us great. We always strive for excellence and our coaching programs promote open dialogue and growth. Our advocacy department works tirelessly to elevate the Early Care and Education field and our ECE experts develop and support the best, most professional teaching staff around.
