We conduct our business in two operating segments: seating systems and electrical power management systems. The seating segment includes seat systems and related components. The electrical power management segment includes traditional wiring and power management systems, as well as emerging high power and hybrid electrical systems. Key components that allow us to route electrical signals and manage electrical power within a vehicle include wiring harnesses, terminals and connectors, junction boxes, electronic control modules and wireless remote control devices, such as key fobs.
