We have so many details to share! First and foremost, our Executive team is committed to providing a nurturing atmosphere where teams can work openly and collaboratively with each other. We provide dozens of opportunities throughout the year for team members to interact, inside and outside the office, from holiday-themed potluck lunches, catered lunches, happy hours, company-sponsored outings, and volunteer opportunities with various local organizations and events. Further, we have established dedicated space to enhance the wellbeing of our team members such as recreation room with games and a tv, wellness room for relaxing or reading and a mother's room for our nursing mothers. We are proud that so many of our team members are such close friends outside of the office. These are just some of the many, of what we call, "lifestyle" benefits that firm offers. Many of our employees are long-time employees. Quite a few of our most committed employees have been with the firm three, five, and over ten years. Lastly, as a true testament to our loyalty to the firm, many of our employees refer cases to the firm. Employee-referred cases now consistently account for 10% of our new cases signed up each month.
