Our culture is one of deep relationship and community. We cultivate it in three core ways: 1) We all choose to work at Latitude because we want to give our talent to a purpose bigger than simply returning value to shareholders or ourselves. 2) Each team member has the chance to serve overseas with their colleagues. When you're elbow to elbow with others serving the poorest of the poor, you tend to form stronger bonds that go way beyond typical office niceties. 3) We have a kick-ass kitchen stocked with everything we need to heat up a pizza to cooking a complete meal. Routinely and unsolicited, team mates often cook lunch for one another. This small gesture makes a big impact in forming lasting bonds. Also, it gives us a great venue to invite the public in.
