Organic growth exceeded expectations and in 2017 LassiterWare joined Acrisure as a partner to expand resources, business relationships and to propel the business forward. The Leesburg office serves as corporate headquarters with operational offices in Maitland, Tampa, Ocala, Jacksonville and Hernando. Customizing the right tools and products is key to helping any business run more efficiently and cost effectively. The property and casualty team provides risk management tools such as identification, consulting and implementation that help prevent threats from impacting our clients' businesses. While LassiterWare can offer solutions for any type of business, there is additional expertise in select markets. The employee benefits team offers consulting, administration and brokerage services as well as specializes in long-term strategic planning and implementation of customized programs. The personal lines teams' attention to protecting clients from risk, has earned lifelong relationships with thousands of satisfied clients throughout Florida.

Additional Culture Details
LassiterWare began a Culture Champion Program in September of 2016. In five locations, a “Champion” was presented the opportunity, accepted the “voluntary” role and carries out the role with dignity and passion. Following a budget based on the number of employees specific to each office, champions plan fun events throughout the year.
