Ethan Landis leads a production team with plumbing and electrical divisions. He was part of the DC Mayor’s Green Building Advisory Council and a former member of the Construction Codes Coordinating Board (CCCB) He joined Rock Creek Conservancy board in 2018 and is committed to environmental ethics and helping NPS restore/maintain Rock Creek Park. Swarthmore College with a B.A. in Political Science and MBA from George Washington University.
Chris Landis, AIA, is a licensed architect in DC, Virginia, Maryland, and New York. Member of the Remodelers Advantage Roundtable. MA in architecture from Columbia University. He worked with Fortune 500 companies on the design/construction of offices in high rise national and international buildings. He is serving a second term on DC’s Historic Preservation Review Board. He is a past president of the DC chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry
