As a non-profit, community health center, we endeavor to improve lives in our community through accessible and affordable healthcare provided with kindness, integrity and respect. We serve the communities of southern Deschutes County, northern Klamath County and eastern Lake County with primary medical care, mental/behavioral care, and nutrition, health education and outreach services.
