KnowledgeLake
We got our start over 35 years ago with a mission to make the most used document management system, Microsoft SharePoint, even better at processing transactional content. We believed that business functions like Finance, HR, and Claims should be able to get content in and out of SharePoint just as easily as their colleagues in other departments.
In 2003, we released the first document processing solution built on the SharePoint platform.
Today, we focus on helping our customers win at processing their transactional content in the cloud. That means removing longstanding constraints around data classification and capture, content searchability, and system integration, just to name a few.
The cloud has given us the ability to tackle these age-old challenges in a whole new way not just for our 2 million licensed SharePoint users, but for any organization using any document management system or content repository.

Purpose
At KnowledgeLake, our greatest asset isn’t our tech it’s our people. That’s why we’re deeply committed to investing in them, both professionally and personally. We’ve built a culture rooted in service and family, and you can see it in everything we do.
We believe that winning outside the office starts with winning inside the office. Our employees are the ones doing the work, supporting our customers, and driving our success and we never lose sight of that.
Guided by the principles of servant leadership, we strive to lead with empathy, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve both our team and our customers. Because when we take care of our people, everything else falls into place.

Vision
At KnowledgeLake, we believe our future success is directly tied to the success of our people. When our team members thrive, so does our company. And that success, we believe, comes down to three key ingredients.
First, it starts with who we bring on board—people with the three A’s: aptitude, attitude, and appetite. Next, we challenge those individuals with meaningful, complex problems that push them to innovate and make a real impact. Finally, we create a fun, supportive work environment one that’s stable, comfortable, and designed to spark creativity.
We’re committed to making KnowledgeLake a positive, empowering place to work—free from politics and negativity—where people are excited to bring their best every day.
