Knight Office Solutions employees are evaluated on their adherence to the company’s Culture Keys, 20 principles that seek to reinforce our commitment to integrity and customer service. Every employee is provided a pamphlet of the keys, as well an expanded workbook that is designed to help them identify ways to put the keys into practice within their unique role.
Each week, management promotes a different key, incorporating that week’s principle in department team meetings. During these meetings, managers and staff review the key and recognize employees who have demonstrated it well in recent weeks. The keys are also displayed prominently on monitors and posters throughout the office.
