We hold monthly all-company meetings led by the CEO. These meetings give our CEO a chance to share how things are going as well as continue sharing the vision for the future. Each individual area of the business also has the opportunity to share what they have accomplished and are working on, and it’s a great opportunity to recognize individual employees and the contributions they have been making.
We love to gather feedback from our teams and improve from it. We conduct twice yearly eNPS Surveys which give employees the opportunity to share their opinions and give us feedback on what’s going well and how we can improve. We also have an employee led committee called the Culture Ambassadors which serve as the voice of the employees. Members are nominated yearly by their peers and plan team building activities. These feedback channels help us maintain a strong and vibrant company culture that seeks to continuously improve the employee experience.
