Purpose
Kleinman Realty Co. is a Minneapolis based Accredited Management Organization® specializing in acquisition, rehabilitation and fee-based management of apartment properties. August D. Kleinman founded Kleinman Realty Co. (KRC) in the 1930s. The company has grown into a firm that has thrived through three generations of Kleinman's, the Great Depression, and the Great Recession. This longevity is attributed to the company’s high ethical standards and an unwavering commitment to the rental community – values that were instilled from the very beginning by August.
Vision
Our property owners seek our experience and resources to maximize the value of their multifamily real estate assets. We not only have vast experience with value-add projects, we pride ourselves on a unique process and team dedicated to oversee renovation projects from concept to completion, including communication with residents and introducing rebrands. We manage real estate assets ranging from traditional brownstones to high density urban communities, under 20 units to over 400 units.
