KL Engineering’s company culture centers on valuing relationships. Kim Lobdell started this company 32 years ago and credits her employees as the drivers behind the company’s success. She says, “Developing relationships with them and learning what makes them tick in their life is what helps me to be a better leader." She leads by example and doesn’t ask her employees to do anything she would not do herself. In 2018, she expanded ownership of the firm and now our three leaders work together to maintain our company values, while further developing into new markets.
Scott Cramer, KL Engineering’s COO, is a firm believer in the importance of meaningful work. As an employer, we strive to provide an atmosphere that builds trust, cooperation, and teamwork.
