Kinsale is a commercial Excess & Surplus lines insurance company specializing in Property/Casualty, Allied Health/Health Care and Professional Lines business through eleven Underwriting Divisions. We target small to medium sized, high hazard accounts. Given the experience of our staff and our control over the underwriting and claims processes, we have a level of underwriting flexibility that many of our competitors are unable to match. Kinsale will consider offering terms on a wide range of risks including accounts with new or high hazard operations and businesses that have a poor loss history or that are located in high risk venues.
