Our transitional care hospitals offer the same in-depth care patients would receive in a traditional hospital or intensive care unit, but for an extended period of time needed for recovery. We partner with patients’ physicians and offer 24-hour clinical care seven days a week to start the journey to wellness.

At Kindred, we provide care and support in the most appropriate care setting for those recovering from illness or injury. Whether you’re receiving care in our hospital, one of our rehab facilities, or even at home, we’re here to ensure you recover to the fullest extent possible.
