Kids Dental Brands is a Doctor Owned Organization (DOO) network of 50+ Kids dental and orthodontic offices across seven states. Founded in 2002 on the belief that every child deserves quality dental care regardless of family income, we have grown into one of the largest Medicaid dentistry providers in the country.
As a DOO, decisions aren't made by financial investors or a board of directors. They're made by clinicians who understand dentistry and the people who deliver it. That philosophy shapes everything from office design (fun, colorful, and anything but intimidating) to how team members are supported and rewarded.
Our shared services team handles marketing, HR, IT, finance, credentialing, recruiting, and more so our dentists and orthodontists can focus on what they do best. With a culture built on genuine care and growth, it's no surprise we've earned recognition as a Top Place to Work for a 5th consecutive year.

We feel our excellent office culture leads to exceptional patient care. We are proud of the environment we create at both the shared services headquarters in Phoenix and the 12 individual kids' dental and orthodontic offices throughout the state.
We strive to have an office with equal parts of competency, teamwork, and fun.
Everyone brings an authentic smile to the office every day. We are a collection of people from a variety of backgrounds that all share the same passion for helping make a kid’s life a little better by providing a fun and quality experience. This spirit runs throughout the company, from the front-line dental staff to behind-scenes teams handling all the business services.
