Additional Culture Details
The cornerstone organization of Key Family of Companies is the Third Party Administrator (TPA), Key Benefit Administrators. Larry Dust founded KBA in 1979 and greatly expanded the operation in 1995 with the acquisition of Employee Benefit Services which also does business as Key Benefit Administrators. Today, the Headquarters’ Operation of KBA is based in Indianapolis, IN and the National Service Center is located in Fort Mill, South Carolina. As a national leader in the administration of health and welfare benefits, KBA services corporations nationwide. We have a Superior Customer Service Award, complimentary coffee/cocoa stations throughout the building & casual days every Friday. We offer company paid flu shots & an excellent employee referral program.
