KangaRoof has been family operated for more than 20 years. We are locally owned and moved the company to Texas in 2000. We pride ourselves in being friendly, courteous, and a thorough roofer, providing the best roofing throughout Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto, Austin, and surrounding areas.
Purpose
We strive to create a work environment that enables employees to proudly lead the most fulfilling life possible both at work and home. Our President, Stacie Feller, has said many times that her purpose is the improve people's lives and that God has given her and Scott a successful roofing company as a tool to do that.
Vision
We desire to become the largest ReRoofing company in the Austin Area. We plan to do that by continuing to add amazing people to our staff that help us increase our quality and culture.

We work to conduct business with our subcontractors and suppliers in a manner that achieves a win-win outcome. The most used word from our staff in Energage's 2021 Top Workplace Survey was Family. That is because we don't just believe family is important. We believe it is the most important. Every day talented people wake up and go to work to provide for their families, and if we forget that, then we have lost what truly drives employees. We want to build the largest ReRoofing Company in the Austin area, but we don't want to do that standing on the backs of miserable employees. We work hard together. We share life with one another. We look out for each other at work and at home.
