Additional Culture Details
Claudia King is a member of the Vistage Executive group which mentors business owners and CEOs. This is a group that has strict qualifications and membership requirements. Through the thought provoking meetings and speakers, the best opportunities for employee and management growth can be brought back to the corporation for evaluation.
We have implemented weekly communication both on a TV screen in the Warehouse, in email and via hardcopy for those without email. In addition to this weekly communication there is a weekly Production Team meeting to get everyone in the loop as to the projects in Production / Warehouse. We have implemented bi weekly 1-2-1 meetings for all key employees and management team meetings bi-weekly to discuss all aspects of the business including employee engagement.
We continue to request input from all employees using this survey as only one tool along with a suggestion box and regular employee communication.
Management training is ongoing to have the best leadership possible.
We voluntarily have ongoing OSHA training for all employees,
