Our culture is also rooted in hosting engaging, team-building monthly events. Whether it is during our annual chili cook-off, evening kickball league, Family Beach BBQ, time spent volunteering with local non-profits, or running a 5K in support of the Navy Seal Foundation, we embody a team-oriented environment.

A broad cross-section of our employees are engaged in voluntary, employee-led resource groups that foster an inclusive workplace aligned with our mission, values and goals. These groups provide a platform that celebrates great ideas, encourages peer networking, and creates meaningful connections across the organization.
Our Health Champions team hosts nutritional workshops, yoga classes, biometric screenings, chair massage events, and numerous healthy luncheons for our employees throughout the year. Other employee-resource groups include those for working parents/caregivers and our new JLL SoCal Women’s Business Network. In July, our San Diego office was excited to host a SoCal WBN event attended by over 100 clients and colleagues.
