At Joe Hand Promotions, one of our most impactful employee programs is our quarterly team bonding initiative, designed to strengthen connection, celebrate wins, and get employees out from behind their desks. Once a quarter, the entire company comes together for a shared experience that reflects who we are as a sports-driven organization.
