Jemicy School educates talented and bright students with dyslexia or other related language-based learning differences. The school utilizes creative, multisensory, research-based programs and techniques to develop reading, writing, spelling and organization skills; promote a love of learning, and prepare students for the intellectual and social challenges of college and life. Founded in 1973, Jemicy School is a nationally and internationally recognized leader in its field. Jemicy educates students between the ages of six and eighteen on two campuses. The Lower and Middle School (grades 1-8) and the Upper School (grades 9-12 and the Upper School Prep program) are each based in Owings Mills, Maryland, just a short distance from one another.
