Marcus Sheanshang, President and CEO, is the second-generation owner. With innovative products and services, we serve various markets, including beauty, apparel, agriculture, home goods, food, medical and more. Committed to helping customers build their brand through packaging, we continue to enhance our commitment to sustainability. Supporting responsible forest management, we have secured certifications through the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) and the Sustainable Forestry Initiative®.

As a second-generation family business, we put people at the center of our culture. We believe that by creating better flexible packaging solutions, we help build better lives and in turn, contribute to a better world. This purpose drives every leadership decision made on and off the production floor and is fundamental to how we approach all aspects of our business.
In 2016, we hired our first team member through our Fair Chance Program, which gives formerly incarcerated people the opportunity to learn transferrable and meaningful job skills. Through a network of resources and partners, this program aims to grow career and employment opportunities for more individuals, allowing them to successfully reintegrate into society. Additional Culture Details
Giving opportunities to help our team members become the best version of themselves starts with an understanding of who they are and what they want to achieve. Within the first few days of employment, our President and CEO, Marcus Sheanshang, personally greets each team member and hosts a one-to-one meeting with them within the first two months. From goal setting to accountability, our Better Lives Coach works directly with team members to identify areas where they want to improve and create meaningful changes in their lives. We also offer financial wellness coaches, nutrition programs, health and fitness resources and wellness challenges to further assist team members in their journey.
