JASK is building a disruptive, industry-changing technology platform. As such, we must empower our teams, give them the tools they need to be successful and help encourage and guide them along the way. While we have a lot of nice perks like free lunches, flexible holidays and WFH policies, more than anything, we thrive on collaboration.
We built our Austin presence at WeWork in the Domain. When we outgrew it, it would have been so easy to just have employees work from home until our new space was finished. But, that solution wasn't acceptable for us.
So, we moved into a gutted, former retail space called "The Pirch". Brought in card tables, a stereo, some monitors and giant post it notes to get the work done until we could move into our new digs. That's what we call making it happen!
