Jamul Casino Resort is the newest, closest, and most genuinely entertaining casino in San Diego. Opened in 2016 and located in Jamul, California, San Diego County; this award winning casino offers nearly 1700 slot machines, 46 live table games, a dedicated poker room, and various bars and lounges. In addition, a 200 room luxury hotel was opened in August of 2025. Jamul Casino Resort supports more than 1,600 permanent jobs throughout the region and is the closest casino to downtown San Diego.
