Additional Culture Details
Making Staff #1 was and continues to be a huge focus for us. The entire staff meets weekly to get a pulse on each department and collaborate, problem solve, and talk about our company milestones and initiatives. Improving the Agent Experience is always at the forefront of what we do. We’ve recently launched a survey to our agents to evaluate our performance and where our focus should be moving forward. We strongly believe the feedback we receive from our staff and agents is pivotal for creating a continual recipe for success. It allows us to measure customer satisfaction, while making informed decisions based on their input.
