Driven by a mission to improve the delivery of patient care and the lives of everyone we touch, Jackson Therapy Partners fills critical needs for providers while delivering meaningful careers to thousands of therapy and allied professionals every year. To make sure we’re meeting and exceeding their opportunities for growth and evolving needs, every year we invite our team members to engage in anonymous surveys, focus groups, weekly one-on-one meetings, daily check-ins, and weekly companywide meetings. To enhance their skills and desire to advance professionally, we offer tuition reimbursement as well as leadership and coaching opportunities, free coursework, and a leadership skills training program. In our weekly company-wide meetings, we celebrate and acknowledge important events in our team members’ lives.
