Purpose
ITC established ourselves as customer centric with evolved processes. We create innovative technical solutions that enable our federal government customers to modernize faster and deliver results. Our team is focused on improving the end-to-end government and citizen experience aligning operational and technical solutions to need – increasing simplicity, efficiency, equity, transparency, and quality.
Vision
IT Concepts is a CVE certified SDVOSB and SBA certified 8(a) consulting firm providing innovative IT services, data services, management consulting, and human capital consulting for 18 Federal customers – from cutting edge technologies like RPA and cloud migrations to providing customer-centric service for Federal contact centers – the core of ITC's brand and customer experience is the unique level of attention provided to our customers. Our collective energy has attracted and grown our diverse, talented, and dedicated team of technology experts who think big, embrace change, and focus on maximizing impact. ITC is uniquely positioned with depth AND breadth in the intelligence community (e.g., DIA), Department of Defense (e.g., USAF), and the Federal Civilian agencies (e.g., SSA, CFPB, VA, USDA, DHS, NOAA, NIST, IRS, etc.).
