The culture at IRMI is open, friendly, and family-like. All employees are valued and appreciated and the management style is collaborative. Ideas and suggestions are not simply welcomed but solicited from everyone. We have an informal atmosphere where casual attire is permitted and everyone is on a first-name basis. We offer a hybrid work schedule allowing our employees to work from home up to three days per week. Each month, we hold a hybrid (virtual and live) Town Hall and celebration with our entire company, providing everyone the opportunity to ask questions of the CEO and celebrate both birthdays and anniversaries.
