Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners
Purpose
Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (IOCP) is the place of most potential and we believe to our core that taking care of our community means taking care of our employees. As a human services agency, we strengthen our community by meeting basic needs and equipping individuals and families for ongoing stability. To hear it from our Executive Director Kevin Ward, “Our team is essential to the success of this organization. Together, we work to make our mission a living condition in the lives of the families and individuals we serve.”
Because our work is person-centered, we know that taking care of our team means we can get those we serve what they need when they need it. We’ve done this for more than 40 years by delivering integrated services that address the basic needs for food, shelter, and clothing, while also connecting individuals and families to strengthening services such as affordable housing, quality childcare, and employment.

Additional Culture Details
We do our work in and from the place of most potential. For our team, we create and nurture a welcoming, caring, and positive workplace culture by living our values of collaboration, inclusion, and integrity. Staff are mission-focused in their work and supported in self-care by their teams. We have a hybrid work environment, and we are intentional about how we spend time together as a team to create connection. Activities include hosting an onsite ice cream truck or coffee bar, enjoying an annual boat cruise and providing regular team meals. We also emphasize personal and professional development, including topics such as motivational interviewing, increasing intercultural competence, nutrition, self care/wellness and personal finance. We are grateful to work together!
