Our mission is to make a Lasting Positive Impact on all we serve. Through our LifeBridge continuum of care we offer unique, person-centered services for individuals and their families who are experiencing functional impairments in the home, school or community. Foster care placements, in-school counseling, crisis intervention, group homes and mentoring are examples of the services we provide.
