IntelliBridge was founded in 2006 as a Woman-Owned Small Business initially focused on providing help desk services and training and then expanded to supporting a broad range of IT services. Since that time, we have provided Government organizations with technology, intelligence and mission support solutions and services. Our technology solutions have focused on Cloud, DevSecOps, Data, SaaS, and Agile services. We provide a full complement of intelligence analysis services including open source, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, criminal, and cyber security. Our mission support services assist organizational leaders in linking their mission to their capabilities and aligning those capabilities with funding and focus. We are a company comprised of mission-focused individuals who work together to achieve superior results. IntelliBridge operates with the maturity and capabilities of a large business, while keeping the customer-focus and employee-care mindset of a small business.

Additional Culture Details
Since IntelliBridge employees are primarily on customer sites, we believe an employee’s first day at the Home Office (now Virtual Home Office) is critical to connecting with them and clearly communicating the IntelliBridge Culture of Customer Mission, Employee Care, and Community Involvement. We hold New Employee Lunches that bring together employees to meet with the executives to discuss the company’s future. We encourage team building through quarterly employee activities and monthly team lunches (currently held virtually) as well as multiple working group opportunities that reinforce our core values and camaraderie. We also have a dynamic blog-driven Intranet that allows our employees to interact with each other on activities, events, kudos, and news.
We believe that you don’t need the title of manager to be a leader at IntelliBridge. This philosophy is reinforced through IntelliBridge Leading Lions, an interactive book club open to all employees. Employees read books on leadership and then have bi-weekly meetings to discuss leadership topics, themes, and real-life examples. The meetings are facilitated by a Director within the company, and each session concludes with an IntelliBridge Executive discussing his/her perspective on leadership and how leaders have impacted their lives.
