Mission
The Tresl vision and mission is supported through a variety of offerings, including a technology ecosystem that features a market-leading digital pre-qualification experience, electronic loan approvals, a proprietary multi-lender digital fulfillment platform, and a secure customer web portal experience. All of these enhancements benefit our customers and their need for a safe and secure banking experience.
We enable customers to pre-qualify for auto financing online or via telephone with a Tresl representative in as little as 2 minutes with no credit impact. Our system matches the pre-qualified applications to our lending partners’ underwriting criteria with high precision, giving customers almost instantaneous pre-qualified auto loan offers from Tresl's network of lenders. When a customer chooses to move forward with their pre-qualified offer, they work with a dedicated Tresl Finance Adviser to connect them with an appropriate lender and answer any questions. Our proprietary customer portal experience makes the digital documentation process easy and secure for customers, enabling customer to complete the loan process from anywhere.

At Tresl we have 5 Core Values, they include Character, Customer-centricity, Collaboration, Compassion, & Courage. These values are introduced as part of our employee onboarding experience, and are an integral part of Tresl’s Vision, Mission and Brand Equity. Making sure associates understand the “why” behind each of the 5 Core Values is important and supported through both the onboarding process, as well as internal reminders and up-to-date training.
To build team spirit Tresl hosts virtual events and activities, including quarterly Peer Recognition, and Top Sales Performers Awards, All Hands video calls, Slack challenges, and luncheons for limited in-office staff. We are most proud of our last 2 virtual employee events, which included a health & wellness retreat focused on fitness, meditation/yoga, and nutrition, and a high energy, Mission Possible event set the stage for Tresl’s 2021 strategic initiatives.
