Innovance is a 100% employee-owned ESOP holding company with five operating companies in Minnesota and Wisconsin (Almco, Jorgensen Conveyor and Filtration Solutions, Lou-Rich, Mass Finishing, Inc., and Panels Plus). We specialize in operating and/or funding customer-focused, middle-market manufacturing companies.
The Innovance name comes from two defining characteristics of the organization: innovation and performance. While Innovance was formed in 2004, our brands have been operating as far back as 1946. Our original equipment manufacturing companies serve a diverse array of industries ranging from aerospace and medical to construction and transportation.
Our Minneapolis-based research and development team continues to drive advancements in the product lines of our OEM companies. This team is equipped with an array of capabilities including 3D printing, automation and programming, SolidWorks simulation and vibration analysis, further distinguishing us from our competitors.
